first occur, at which time the Husband'a obligation to pay
aupport for that child shall terminate. Each payment shall
be remitted promptly to the Wife at her residence as set
forth in the aforesaid Property Settlement Agreement, unless
otherwise designed in writing by the Wife.
4. VISITATION:
The eusband, JAMES J. BUDDIB, shall have the
right of liberal, but reasonable, visitation priviledges to
be exercised at the times and under the circumstances that
will serve the best interest of the children, primarily
bearing in mind their age, maturity, desires, health~
education and general welfare. A secondary consideration
shall be the convenience and de~ires of the parties.
5. INCORPORATION BY RSFERENCB OF AGREEHENT:
The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement,
which was executed by the parties and introduced into
evidence was freely and voluntarily entered into by the
parties after a full disclosure and it is for the best
interest of the parties and their children. These agreements
are incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment, and
the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions of
same.

~ 6. PROPERTY AND DEBTS:
~ a. Real Property: The 8usband shall convey to the
Wife by Quit-Claim Deed with seven (7) days from the
execution date of dissolution of marriage, his interest in
the following property:
Lot 1, Block 228, Port St. Lucie Section 28,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
eook 14, Pages 7, 7A through 7C, inclusive,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Wife shall be responsible for the total liquidation
and payment of any mortgages, insurance, liens or taxes on
the above property, as they become due, and shall hold the
Husband harmless from any consequent liability.
