b. Personal Propertys The personal property ~
accumulated by~ the parties during the term of their marriage
shall be divided amng the parties as they see fit, subject to
the following:
~ 1. The 1978 Buick Century automobile shall
become the sole exclusive property of the
eusband, and the Wife shall execute all
. ~
papers necessary to fu2ff11 this intent.
The euaband shdll thereafter become solely
responsible for all costs incidental

thereto.
c. Debte: Any joint debts fncurred by the ~
parties prior to September 19, 1985, other than those
specifically mentioned herein, shall be the sole responsi-
bility of the tiusband. Al1 debta incurred by the parties
individually after September 19~ 1985, shall be the sole
liability of the party incurring the same, and said party
shall fully indemnify the other party for any anci all
liabiity thereon.
7. ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS:
Each party hereto sttal? bear their own respective
attorney fees and costs of this action.
8. RESERVATION OF JORISDICTION:
The Court specifically reserves jurisdiction of
this cause to modify:
a. any and all provisions of the parties
agreements incorporated herein;
b. or this Final Judgment; or
c. both, ~
should circumstances ustif an such modification. Further I
