BUDDIE, hereinafter referred to as the "Husband", and PATRICIA A. BUDDIE, hereinafter referred to as the 'Wife". WITNBSSBTH: 1. WHEREAS, the parties are now husband and wife, having been lawfully married to each other on the 3rd day of February, 19.73, i~ North Bergen, New Jersey; and 2. WHEREAS, irreconciliable differences have arisen between the parties causing the matrimonial relationship to be broken, and ~ 3. WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought and careful consideration to a settlement of these € differences and have determined that they are ~ s irreconciliable; and i ~ 4.
