Made and entered into this ~day of September,
1985, by and between, JAMES J. BUDDIE, hereinafter referred
to as the "Husband", and PATRICIA A. BUDDIE, hereinafter
referred to as the 'Wife".
WITNBSSBTH:
1. WHEREAS, the parties are now husband and wife,
having been lawfully married to each other on the 3rd day of
February, 19.73, i~ North Bergen, New Jersey; and
2. WHEREAS, irreconciliable differences have
arisen between the parties causing the matrimonial
relationship to be broken, and ~
3. WHEREAS, both parties have given much thought
and careful consideration to a settlement of these
€ differences and have determined that they are

s irreconciliable; and

~ 4. WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the
parties that their relations, with respect to property and
~ financial matters, be finally fixed by this separation and
property settlement agreement in order to settle and
~ determine in all respects and for ~all purposes their
respective present and future property rights, claims and
demands in such a matter that any action with respect to the

~ rights and obligations, past, present, or future, of either
party with respect to the other,~be finally and conclusively
settled and determined by this agreement; and
