It is contemplated that the 8usban~ or the Wife may file a petition for modification at some time in the future ~egarding the question of aZi~ony and child support. Either party has the right to file said petition, and schedule same for hearing upon proper notice to the other party. 11. APPLICABLE LAW AND VOID PROVISIONS: This Separation and Property Settlement Agreement shall be construed in accordance ~ith the laws of the State of Florida, entirely independent of the forum where it may come- up for construction or enforcement. If a Court of competent j~risdiction at any time holds that a portion of this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement is invalid, the remainder shall not be effected thereby and shall corttinue . in full force and effect. 12. BINDING EFFECT: Except as otherwise stated herein, all of the provisions of~ this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement shall be binding on the respective estates, heirs, next of kin, executors and administrators of the parties hereto. 13. FUTURE DOCUMENTS: Each party shall, at any time, and from time to time hereafter, take any and all steps and execute and deliver any and all further instruments and assurances that the other party may reasonably require for the purpose of giving full force and effect to the provisions of this agreement. 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Separation and Property Settlement Agreemen~, from the time it shall take effect, shall supercede any and all prior Separation and Property Settlement Agreements, whether claimed to be oral or in writing. The parties have incorporated in this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement their entire understanding. No aral statements or prior written matter extrinsic to this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement shall have any ~AROLO H.
