15. RNOWLEDGE OF THB PARTIES: EaCh party
acknowledges that he or she has read this Separation and
Property Settlement Agreement, and has discussed the same
with his or her respective attorney. Each party further
acknowledges that this Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement was executed and agreed to with the full
understanding of its purpose and meaning; and the execution
of this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement is the
free and voluntary act of each of tY,e parties hereto. This
Separation and Property Settlement Agreement is entered into
without undue influence, fraud, coercion, misrepresentation,
each party believing the terms hereof to be fair, just and
reasonable.
