the Husband and hereby asserts that she understands the same.
~he Wife has been informed as to her legal rights which she ~
may or may not have to alimony.
19. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing upon the executi.on of
this agreement, and continuing each month thereafter, until
the youngest of the minor children reaches the age of
majority, the eusband shall pay to the Wife as child support
the sum of $360.00 per month. Each payment si~all be :~owe to
the Wife at 651 S.W.~Exmore Avenue, Port St. Lucie Florida, ~

33452. The Husband shall pay all of his child support ~

payments by check or money order. 9aid check or money order `
shall be mailed or delivered to the Wife at her residence as
aforesaid or at some other address as she may designate. ~
There shall be no cash payments of child support.

The child support shall not be reduced when the
minor children are in school, college, summer camp, or with

the Hnsband for an extended visitation. The child support
payments shall be binding upon tfie Husband's estate, his
heirs, executors, administrators, and personal
representatives.
The Wife acknowledges and agrees that the extent of
the Husband's financial obligations to the children, as
herein provided, have been established and agreed upon by
reference to the Husband's present income. She further
acknowledges that the provisions herein contained for child
support are fair, just an~3 reasonable, as to their needs and
his ability to pay.
20. SBARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: The parties ~
agree to share parental responsibility for the minor children ;
of their marriage as follows:
(a) The parties here~o agree to confer so that
major decisions affecting the Welfare of the children will be
determined jointly. Those decisions sha12 include decisions
concerning education, medical and dental care.
(b) The Wife shall have the ultimate
