(c) The primary physical residence of the minor children shall be with the Wife, subject to the right and re~ponsibility of the eusband to have frequent and continuing contact with the children. Each parent shall have the right to reasonable telephonic communication with the children at all times. (d) Both parties agree that they shall exercise, the utmost of good faith, and their best efforts at all times to encourage and foster the maximum love and affection between their children and the other parent. Neither party shall in any way impede, obstruct or interfere with the exercise by the other of his or her right of ~ companionship with the children_, and neither of them shall in , any wa~ disparage or criticize the other parent, nor allow any other person to do so, to or in the presence of any of tMe children. (e) Each party shall exercise the utmost good faith and shall consent to all reasonable requests by the other party for contact with the children. ~ ~ (f) Each party shall immediately notify the ~ ~ other of any illness or emergency that may arise while the children, or any one of them, are in his or her presence or control, and the party who is notified shall have immediate access to the children regardless of where the children may be. 21. DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY: The parties presently hold, as tenants by the entirety, fee simple title to the following described real property, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: Lot 1, Block 228, Port St. Lucie Section 28, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 7, 7a through 7c, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~+nROlO H.
