Further, the said real property, as described in this paragraph, is presentl~ subject to a second mortgage held by~the Secretary of eousing and Urban Development. Said mortgages are recorded in O.R. Book 373, Pages 1995 and 1998, respectively. The Wife agrees to assume and pay the aforesaid mortgages according to their ~ terms and to indemnify and harmless the eusband from all i~ R~ claims,~causes of action, and other demands that may be made upon the Husband by reason of the existence of the afore~iaid E` ~ mcr*gages. ~ There is presently due or shall become due real estate taxes on the aforesaid property for the year 1985. The Wife shall be solely responsible for the payment of same. i 22. AUTOMOBILES: The parties hereto acknowledge • 's ; ownership by the Husband of a 1978 Buick Century automobile, ; ~ with an appr3ximate value of Two Thousand Five Hundred i ~ ($2,500.00) Dollars. The Wife hereby waives any and all ~ ~ ; rights which she may have in and to said automobile, in favor of the 8usband, and agrees to execute any and all papers necessary to fulfill the intent of this Agreement, that being the 8usband's right to full ownership and possession of said automobile. 23. DIVISION OF HOUSEHOLD FURNISBINGS AND FURNITURE: All furnishings, furniture, and household effects located in the former marital residence shall constitute the sole and exclusive property of the Wife and the 8usband shall ~.'•R~LD H.
