~ and does hereby relinquish all right, title, and interest
that he may have therein, except for those items removed by
the 8usband as of the date of this Separation and Property
Settlement Agreement.
24. OUTSTANDING DEBTS: The 8usband agrees to
indemnify the Wife on any joint debts other than those
specifically mentioned herein, and hold the Wife harmless for
same. All debts incurred by the parties individually after
the date of this Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
shall be sole liability of the party incurring the same, and
said party shall fully indemnify the other party for any and
all liability thereon. Joint charge accounts or joint credit
of whatever nature will be forthwith terminated by the
parties hereto, and said parties shall do all that is
necessary to inform all past, present or future creditors
under said accounts of such can~ellations of joint liability.
25. ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS: Each party shall
bear their own respective attorneys fees anc3 costs incurred
in negotiating and executing this agreement or any subsequent
dissolution proceeding in which this Agreement shall be
incorporated.
