IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that GENE M. GREEN
: has, although gainfully employed, wilfully failed and
refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgement/Order
of this Court entered on Julv 2nd, , 19 85 , and is ,
as of this ~t~her 7, 1985 , i~ arrears $ 450.00 plus Court
costs of S 13.00 it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of
this Court but may puzge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the
arrearage: S 463.00 at the rate of $100.OQ per month commencing October 15, 1985,
and the 15th of each month thereafter until paid in fu 1.
To be noted that there is a balance of $6,000.00 on the old established arrears
of $11,705.00 which is being paid directly to Petitoner at t e ra e o , .00 per
year. FURTHER ORDERED regular support payments of $~5,00 per week
monthly in advance.
