DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ oz ~'1 C day of / ~
, 19£~S, and the Court having given full consideration

to all of the Qvidence, finds and determines: '!'his Court has juris- ~

diction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that 1
the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and :-~i
that tne marriage between the parties is irretriebably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon '

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage betti~een NANCY
JACKSON, Wife, and ROBERT LEE JACKSON, Husband, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. NANCY JACKSON, be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of NANCY STOKES and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other.

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such furhter Orders
as may be proper.
