DISSOLUTION OF MAHRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of October,
1985, and the Court having given full considerat~on to all the
~ evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ,jurisdiction
of the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretr~evably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folTows:
1. DISSOL-UTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
ROY E. ESTES and CAROLL ~d. ESTES be and the same is hereby
dissoZved, and the parties and each of them are herebq for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and t5e
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further I
orders as may be proper regarding any and all other issues
herein, including property rights'of the parties.
