~ THIS CP.USB came on for final hearing on October 21st,
1985, and the Court having given full consideration to all of
the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of eusband and
' Wife now exists between the partiesf that the marriage between '
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Dissolution of Marriage. The marriage between
PAMELA M. PRESCOTT and RICRY C. PRESCOTT, be and the same is
~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the oblgations arising therefrom.
2. Stipulation and Property Settlement AgrPement. The
Stipulation and Praperty Settlement Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. Jurisdiction. Except as to the dissolution of
marriage previously granted, this Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction to enforce this judgment.
