THIS AGRBBMBNT, made this day of , 1985,
by and between PAMBLA M. PRESCOTT, hereinafter referred to as
the Wife, and RICRY C. PRESCOTT, hereinafter rpferred to as the
Ausband,
W I T N E S S B T H:

I WHERSAS, the p~rties hereto have lived together as
~ Husband and Wife, having been married to each other in
( Buford, Georgia on or about ~lay 21st, 1983; and, separated June,
~ 1985, and
WBEREAS, differences have arisen between the parties such
that thefr marriage is irretrievably broxen; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to settle and adjust forever ~
all rights of alimony, property rights, and all other rights
arising out of the relationship of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the Ausband and Wife agree between them on a full
property settlement which shall obtain and be binding upon both
( parties hereto, their respective heirs, executors, administra-
l tors and assigns, and likewise, in the event of the death of the

Husband and Wife; a~d

WBEREAS, the Husband and Wife respectfully represent and

' warrant to each other that each has carefully read and under-
stands this entire Stipulation and Agreement, is fully cognizant
~ of the terms hereof and all matters affected by this Stipulation
~ and Agreement, is being represented by counsel of her or his own

selection, and that all of the provisions hereof are for the'

best ~nterests of the parties hereto, and have been mutually ~
,
I ~
agreed upon between them without any coercion, duress or undue
~i
influence on the part of either of the parties as against the
~
'i other party hereto, and upon full disclosure of all properties
~
~ owned by each or both of the parties hereto. ~

1, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the

;f mutual covenants and promises- herein contained, and other ~
