is owned by either of them at the time of their marriage or

subsequently acquired, separately or together, and owned by the ~
parties or either of them at the time of their separation has
therefore been equitably divided and apportioned between them,
, each party hereby ratifies and sffirma that division.
i SIXTH: Each party hereby irrevocably Waives and releases
~ the other party from any and all claims that he or she may noW
have or may hereafter acquire for alimony, support, or
maintenance. Each party waives, releases and relinquishes all
~ rights that he or she may now have or may hereaEter acquire as
i the other party's spouse under the present or future lawa of any
~ jurisdiction, and further waives, (a) to elect to take against
~ any Will or Codicil of the other party now in force; (b) to
share in the other party's estate and to exercise any right of
dower or cour~esy he or she may now have or hereafter acquire in
the ot~;~r party's estate; and. (c) to act as administrator orl
personal representative of the other party's estate except only
as provided by Will or a Codicil executed after the date of this
~ Agreement.
SEVENTH: Each of the parties represents that he or she has

~ not contracted and will not hereafter contract any debt, charge
~ or liabilit~? in the name or upon.~he credit of the other or for
j which the other or th~ estate of the other might or could become
i liable, and agrees, in any event, to indemnify and hold the

~ other and the estate of the other harmless therefrom in all

EIGHTH: In the event that any Final Judgment by a Court of ~
competent jurisdiction shall be entered dissolvi~g the marriage
i~ of the parties hereto, said parties hereby stipulate that this
Agreement may be introduced into evidence, and upon appzoval of

the Co~rt, the same shall be incorporated in the, Final Judgment

therein entered.

NINTH: Modification or waiver of any of the provisions of

this Stipulation and Aqreement shall be effective only if made

in writing and executed with the same formality of this
" Stipulation and Agreement. Failure of either party to insist
