JUDGMENT FOR COSTS
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court for fiearing
upon the Plaintiffs', T. WAYNE SKINNER and B& H MOTORS~ Motion
to Tax Costs following the Verdict af the Judge and Final Judgment
of this Court dated October 9, 1985, and the Court having considered
the same, hearing the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs, T. WAYNE
SRINNER and B& H MOTORS, shall have and recover Judgment for costs

against the Defendants, DOUGLAS SRIDMORE, individually and as Trustee
of the RAYNE TRUST, RALPH H. FOGG, and SHARON A. SRINNER, for costs
of Court in the amount of $567.18, for all of which Iet execution
hereby issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie
