objections to the Plaintiff's Motion by the Defendants, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FIRST AMERICAN
BANK & TRUST, is hereby permitted to file the depositions of William
E. Williams and Ray Chauncey in the C~urt file.
