NOTICE IS HEREBY given to the Defendants, MEDICAL PROVIDERS,
INC., d/b/a BIRTHING & FAMILY HEALTH, ROMEO C. BALITON, M.D., and
FRED E. DIAZ, that they have the right to file Affidavits in their
behalf with the Court and mav personally appear at the time and
place set forth above or by way of an attorney and present testimony
and evidence on his, her or its behalf, and if, upon a finding by the
Court, that the Plaintiff is entitled to possession of trie claimed
property, pending final adjudication of the ~~aim of the parties,
file with the Court a written undertaking, executed by a security
approved ~y the Court in an amount equal to the value of the property
to stay an Order authorizing the deliver of the property to the
Plaintiff.
NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN to the Defendants, that if
they fail to appear, it shall be deemed that each has waived his,
her or its right to a Hearing and in such case, the Court may Order
N the Clerk of the Court to issue a Writ of Replevin directing delivery
t of possession of the claimed property to the Plaintiff; ana zhe Defen-
dants are further advised that they may waive the right to a Hearing
by signing the Waivers attached to the Summons and Complaint and ~
filing the same with the Court and a copy upon the Plaintiff's attor-
~ ney, on or be~ore the date for the Hearing hereinabove set forth.
