HENRY G. WHITE and the parties having entered into an Agreement concer~ing the
Motion, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion is hereby denied and the Defendant
shall have twenty (20) days within whi~h to ~le an answer and affirmative defenses
to the Plaintiff's Complaint.
