Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. This conveyance is sub~ect
to the following:
l. Tages and assessments for the year 1985 and subsequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, restrictions, reservatioas,
iimitations and easements o£ record and/or existing zoning ordinances and regulations,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record described in
the Declaration of Condominium, if any.
3. The Declaration of Condominium as it may be amended by its terms, and Exhibits
attached thereto, including Without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-I.aws of
Midvort Place IZ Condaminium Associatian, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
The Master Declaration as it may be amended by ita terme, and Eat?ibits attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of Midport
Place Master Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
5. All conditions, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdi~ision and
utility and drainage easemeats of record coa~on to or reserved in the subdivision plat or
which may be place of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
6. An Easement granted to Florida PoWer and Light Company, dated May 17, 1965 and
recorded in Official P.ecords Book 118, Page 332 of the Public Records of Brevard County.
