The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, adminiatrators, and successore of Grantee and the Grantor warrants title to all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defead the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. i ~ By acceptance and recordation hereof, the Grantee specifically agrees to be bound by and accept and assume performance of all of the applicable provisions of the aforesaid ~ Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereto, including the restrictions on conveyance, all of which were disclosed to the Grantee and acknowledged by Grantee to be reasonable.
