following described real property and rights and interest as set forth below in real

Condominium recorded April 15, 1985 in Official Records Book 461 at Pages 1184-1288 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, se subsequently amended.
together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the Co~n
Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. Thia conveyance is sub~ect
to the folloWing:

Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
4. The Haster Declaration as it may be amended by its terms, and Eahibits attached

5. All conditions, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdivision and

which may be place of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
