Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. This conveyance is sub~ect
to the following:
1. Tazes and asseasments for the year 19$5 and subaequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, restrictions, reservatione,
limitations and easemente of record and/or existing zoning ordinances and regulations,
conditiona, restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements of record deacribed in

3. The Declaration of Condominium as it may be amended by its terma, and Exhibits
attached thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of
Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
. 4. The Naster Declaration as it may be amended by its terms, and Exhibits attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articlea of Incorporation and By-Laws of Midport
Place Master Aasociation, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit. _
5. All conditions, restrictions, lfmitations, right-of-way common to the subdivision and
utility and drainage easements of record co~on to or reserved in the subdivision plat or
which may be place of record bq Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
6. An Easement granted to Florida Power and Light Companq, dated May 17, 1965 and
recorded in Official Records Book 118, Page 332 of the Public Records of Brevard County.
, The benefits and o ligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
