The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions as it may be amended by its terms, and Exhibits attached thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incarporation and By-Laws of Midport Place Master Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit, recorded July 27, 1984 in 0/R Book 439, Page 172, St. Lucie County, Florida. 5. All conditions, restrictions, limitations, rights-of-way common to the subdivision and utility and drainage easements of record common Eo or reserved in the subdivision plat or which may be placed of record by Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction; 6.
