WHSREAS there are two children born as issue of this ~
marriage, towit: WENDI DENISE PAGE, born July 29, 1974 and
DEANN LOUISA PAGE, born December 24, 1983. No further issue
are contemplated.
NOW THERFFOR$, the parties for and in consideration of
the mutual covenants and conditions herein contained for
Ten ($18.80) Dollars and other valuable consideration each to
the other in hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which each
hereby acknowledges and each intending to be legally bound,
hereby agree as follows:
1. RECITALS: That the foregoing recitals are true.
2. SEPARATION: The parties shall hereafter live
separate and apart from one another and each may establish any
separate residence or domicile or carry on or engage in any
occupation which he or she shall deem fit for his or her
separate use or benefit, free from any direct or indirect
control, restraint, interference or molestation by the other.
3. NONINTERFERENCE: Neither party shall annoy, molest
or otherwise interfere with the other party in any manner nor
compel or endeavor to compel the other party to cohabit or
dwell with him or her by any legal or other means whatever for
~ the restoration of conjugal rights or otherwise, so long as the
i other of them shall abide by the respective covenants herein on

~ 4. EFFECT OF RECONCILI_ATION: Reconciliation shall not

affect the provisions of this Agreement and this Agreement and

~ all provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect

~ unless amended, modified or voided by subsequent written
~
~ agreement executed by both parties, regardless of reconcilia-
~

~ tion.

5. SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: The parental respon-

sibility for the minor children of the parties, WENDI DENISE
e PAGE, born July 29, 1974 and DEANN LOUISA PAGE, born December
