different manner and time for picking up the minor children for
the Husband's visitation of that weekend. Unless said
arra~gements are made, how~ver, it shall be presumed that the
Husband shall pick up said minor children from school and/or
the babysitter at 2:38 p.m. on Friday afternoon of his
alternate weekends of visitation. In any visitation should the
Husband be unable to pick up or deliver the minor children then
said pick up or delivery may be performed by one of the
Husband's immediate family members.
B. In addition to the alternate weekend visitation
provided above, the Husband shall have the right to visit with
the minor children each Wednesday by picking up both minor
children at 2:38 p.m. from the school and/or the babysitter and
by returning said minor children that evening to ~the Wife's
residence on or before 7:00 p.m.
C. That parties agree that visitation shall be provided
between the minor children and the Husband on the children's
birthdays, the Husband's birthday, and the holidays of Easter,
Fourth of July, Thanksqiving, and Christmas of each year. On
all birthdays and holidays except Christa?as and the birthday of
the youngest minor child, the day of said birthday or holiday
shall be divided into two separate visitation periods of 8:A0
f a.m. to 2:80 p.m. and 2:88 p.m. to 8:60 p.m., with the

; holiday to the next succeeding birthday or holiday. On the
~ first birthaay or holiday (except for Christmas and the

youngest minor child's birthday) af ter the execution of this

Agreement, the Husband shall be entitled to the 8:AB a.m. to
2:08 p.m. time for visitation and on the next holiday or
~ birthda the Husband shall be entitled to the 2:BB
