HomeMy WebLinkAbout0917 . ~ ~ _ ; i younge~t child's birthday (Christmas Sve) the Husband shall be entitled each year to visit with the !minor childYen from 8:88 a.m. to 2:B@ p.m. On Christmas day of each year, the Huaband shall be entitled to visit with the minor child from 2:08 p.m. to 8:88 p.m. C. In addition to the visitation provided for above, the Husband shall be entitled to a total of four weeks of visitation with the minor children each Summer commencing the Summer of 1986, with the four week total visitation to be divided into two visitation periods of two consecutive weeks each so long as the second two week summer visitation each Summer shall be at least two weeks after the end of the first two week summer visitation. The Husband shall have the right to choose the specific dates for the summer visitations and the Husband shall notify the Wife of his selection of the visitation dates at least one week prior to school recess for summer vacation. The parties agree to cooperate wherever possible so that neither party will lose the opportunity of having the minor children with him or her for any vacation period which may be allotted to him or her. Further, it is understood and agreed that the Wife shall not be permitted visitation with the minor children during the Husband's E - visitation periods and correspondingly, the Husband agrees to E ~ relinquish his we~kend and weekday visitation rights for up to ~ ~ four weeks during any calendar year during the Wife's allotted ~ vacation periods in ozder to permit the Wife continuous visitation with the minor children during her vacation(s). ~ It is the intention of the parties to maintain the rights ~ ~ of the minor children to enjoy a continuing relationship with ~ both of the parties.
