assessed by the Clerk as the Clerk's fee for the uae of the ~
Governmental Depository Program. All payments shall be made in
cash, money ordex or cashier's check. The parties further
understan~ and agree that the Final Judgment Dissolution of
Marriage sha?11 contain addition provisions regarding the
payments of child support incluc3ing an Income Deduction Order
which is required by the Court.
8. TUTORING OF OLDEST MINOR CHILD: In addition to the
child support set forth above, if the teacher of the oldest
minor child determines that it is necessary to continue to
continue the oldest minor child, then the Husband agrees to be
responsible for one-half of said costs of tutoring so long as
the Husband shall not be required to pay moze than $10.88 per
week for said tutoring. The Husband shall pay said payments
directly to the Wife upon presentation by the Wife of the bill
from the tutor showing the total amount charged for tutoring
for a one week period.
9. MEDICAL, AND HOSPITALIZATION INSURANCE: In addition
to the child support provisions above, the Wife agrees to be
solely responsible for carrying insurance coverage on the minor
children for their medical and hospitalization needs. The
parties agree that any medical, dental, optical, orthodontic
~ and pharmaceutical expenses which are not covered by said
~ insurance shall be paid for equally by the parties whether said
~

~ sum is part of the deductible or in excess of the coverage. If
~
~ one party pays for said deductible or excess then he or she
~
shall have the right to recover onehalf of said payment from
~ the other party within thirty days or if said reimbursement is
~ not forthcoming within thirty days of mailing of written
notice, then enforcement proceedings may be brought against the
violating party.
lg. ALIMONY: Both parties acknowledge that neither party

~ shall pay any alimony to the other party, temporarily or perma-

~ nently, and the Husband and Wife specifically waive any right
~
