to alimony for all times.
11. DIVISION OF JOINT PROPERTY OF THE PARTIES: The
parties hereby mutually agree to the following division of
joint property:
_(a) The parties acknowledge that the Husband is in
possession of a chain saw and a movie camera belonging to the
Wife's family and the Wife's family is in possession of a
generator belong~ing to the Husband. The parties further agree
that the chain saw and the movie camera shall be swapped for
the generator prior to the entry of the Final Judgment
Dissoiution of Marriage in this cause.
(b) The Husband hereby transfers, relinquishes and
conveys to the Wife all of his right, title and interest in and
to the dishwasher, the K-Mart ceiling fan, and one-half of the
frozen meat presently in the Husband's possession. The parties
agree to cooperate in making arrangements for the delivery of
said items to the Wife on or before ~he entry of the Final
Judgment Dissolution of Marriage in this cause.
(c) Except as set forth above, all;real or personal
property presently titled and/or in the possession of each
party shall remain his or her sole and exclusive property and

~ the other party hereby relinquishes any and all right, title
and interest in and to said property to the party in whose
possession the property presently rests.
(cl) The Wife specifically notes that the Husband has in

~ his possession and shall keep as his sole and exclusive

~ possession the 1982 truck, the speedboat, the answer machine
~ and khe riding and push lawnmowers previously a part of the
_ parties' business as well as the full proceeds from the 1984
r
~ internal revenue service refund check, the remaining monies in
~
~ the business account of the parties, and the sale proceeds from
~ the sale of the tractor, the 1971 truck and a cow. It is
