its payment and ahall hold the other harmless from any
liability thereon.
13. INPORTANT DOCUMENTS OF MINOR CHILDREN: The Husband
agrees to deliver to the Wife the original birth certificates,
immunization papers, and adoption papers which are presently in
the Huaband's possession and the Husband shall deliver the same
to the Wife prior to the entry of the Final Judgment
Dissolution of Marriage in this cause..
14. ATTORNSY'S FEES: Each of the parties hereby agree
that they shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs
regarding the preparation of this Aqreement and should either
party pursue a subsequent divorce. However, nothing in this
clause shall prevent either party from seeking attorney's fees
should the other party contest this Agreement nor should it be
necessary for a party to enforce or modify any of the terms of
this Agreement due to the actions of the other party or due to
a substantial change in circumstances.
15. COVENANT AGAINST CHARGING CREDIT OF OTHER PARTY:
Neither party shall at any time contract or incur any
liabilities on behalf of the other party nor take any action
which might obligate or charge the other party's credit in any
manner except as set forth herein.

and demands up to the date of execution of this Agreement;
