in this Agreement, the Husband and Wife hereby quitclaim,
release and waive, in favor of the other, any and all rights to
any and all funds including bank accounts which may be in the
sole name or possession of the other, and hereby quitclaim,
release and waive any and all property rights which either may
have relative to the other as regards future support; and each
accepts the rights and properties described herein as full and
complete satisfaction of all sums or rights due either of them ~

as a result of the marriage existing between the parties `
hereto.
17. EXECUTION OF FURTHER DOCUMENTS: Each party agrees
to and shall at any time or times hereafter, without further
consideration and without further cost to the other party, take
any and all steps and execute, acknvwledge and deliver to the
other party any and all further instruments as the other of the
said parties may reasonably require for the purpose of giving
full force and effect ta this Agreement and to the covenants
and conditions hereof.
18. REPRESENTATIONS: The parties represent to each

(A) That each party has had or has been advised to seek
independent legal advice by counsel of his or her selection in

E the negotiations of this Agreement. Each party fully

~ understands the facts and has been informed fully as to his or

4 her legal rights and abligations. Each is signing the

~ The Husband's attorney is John Edgar Sherrazd and the Wife's

~ attorn~y is Rickey L. Farrell and each party affirmatively
~
~ states that he or she has obtained independent legal advice and
} has entered into this Agreement freely and voluntarily and

without undue influence, fraud, coercion or misrepresentation.
~ (B} Each party has made a full disclosure to the other of
~
~ his or her assets and current financial condition.
