parties agree thi~t each provision of this Property Settlement -
Agreement may be enforced by contempt proceedings.
21. GOVSRNING LAW: The laws of the State of Florida shall
govern the validity, construction, interpretation and effect of
this Agreement.
22. MODIFICATION: The provisions of this Agreement shall
no~ be modified except by written agreement properly executed
by both parties, or except as deemed necessary by the Court
;
having competent jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter.
23. CURRENT ADDRESSES OF THS PARTIES: So long as it is
pertinent to any of the provisions of this Froperty Settlement
Agreement, each party shall at all times keep the other
informed of his or her place of residence and shall promptly
notify the other of any change by providing the address of the
new place of residence.
