COMES NOW the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff WINN-DIXIE STORES,
INC. and Counter-Defendant MILTON M. SAGE, by and through their
undersigned attorneys and stipulate that Counter-Plaintiff's~oowiter-~
claim for Contribution dated May 10, 1985, shall be dismissed with
prejudice, allowing Defendant MILTON M. SAGE to go hence without day.
