MOTION FOR DEFAULT
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, TAREE G'S, INC., d/b/a GRIMES
HEATZNG AND AIR CONDITIONING, by and through its undersigned
attorneys, and moves the Court for an entry of a default and as
grounds therefore says:
1. That an Order was entered on the 21st day of August,
1985, granting the Defendants fifteen (15) days to file
respansive pleadings.
2. That no pleadings have been filed.
3. Since an appearance had been entered by an attorney for
~ the Defendants, the Plaintiff respectfully prays that the default
~
~ will be entered by the Court.
