any further stms which the Plair.tiff may pay in cormection with this
suit, secured by tY~e m~rtgage ooristituting a valid lien on the real
pro~perty described in paragraph 3 hereof .
6. That the lien of the Plaintiff's m~rtgage upai the afore-
described real property is prior, paramrnnlt ~nd superior to all rights,
claims, liens, interests, encvmbramces, titles and equities of the De-
fe~ndants, and each of them, a~d all persons, fi~s, or corporations
claimi.ng by, through, ~mder ar against said Defendants, ~d all parties
havuig or clai.uring to have any right, title or interest in the property
described in this actic~.
7. T~at if the total sums set forth in paragraph 4 Yiereof with
interest at the rate prescribed by law and all costs of this actian
