insufficient to pay the total of the a~rnmts set forth in paragraphs
4 and 5 hereof, the Clerk st~all report the deficiency to the Caart
for such further orders as this Court may dean proper, including, a
deficiency judgrez~t agaulst Defendants , NFAIE R. HALI~ and Q~2ISTII~

10. On filing t.ttie Certificates of Title the Clerk shall distri-
bute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient by
paying: ~rst, all of the Plaintiff's costs; Secand, doctme~ntary
staoaps affixed to tYre Certificate of Title; ~ird, Plaintiff's at-
` torney's fees; Fo~rth, the total s1m due to Plaintiff less the ite~s

paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law fran the date of
this Sum~.y Final Judgne~nt to the date of the sale; and by re-
taining any a~cnult r~~nin~ pending further order of this Court.
11. That the Plaintiff may bid at said sale and if the Plaintiff
is the successful bidder, it shall be entitled to a credit an it's
bid up to the full ~mt d~e it as set forth in paragraphs 4 and 5
hereof .
