THIS CAUSE having come on tttis 16th day~of October, 1985
for hearing on Plaintiffs' Foreclosure Complaint, and the Court ,
being fully advised in the preirtises, it is hereby ORDERED AND 1
ADJUDGED: ~
1. That there has been proper service of process upon
the Defendants and that this Court has jurisdiction of the sub3ec
matter.
2. That the Mortgage of the Plaintiffs in this cause
constitutes a valid second lien upon the property hereafter
described and that Plaintiffs' Mortgage is paramount and
superior to that of all the Defendants named in this cause.
3. That the Plaintiffs have furnished all the Defendants
with a sworn Affidavit reflecting the amounts currently due and
owing and accordingly, the Court finds as follows:
That there is due the Plaintiffs upon the Mortgage
which is the sub~ect matter of this cause the following sums:
Principal owed on second mortgage: $24,403.75
, Interest on seconc3 tnortgage from
November 2, 1984 through October 15,
' 1985: $ 3,035.22
Payments to First Citizens Federal
Savings and Loan Assaciation to
keep first mortgage on the property
