That there has been proper service of process upon the Defendants and that this Court has jurisdiction of the sub3ec matter. 2. That the Mortgage of the Plaintiffs in this cause constitutes a valid second lien upon the property hereafter described and that Plaintiffs' Mortgage is paramount and superior to that of all the Defendants named in this cause. 3.
