The abov.e-itemized sums are now due and owing_to the
Plaintiffs and in addition such further sums as may be paid by
the Plaintiffs for Court costs, plus interest at thirteen (23X)
percent per annum from the date of the Final Judgment until
paid, and any further sums in connection with this suit.
4. The Plaintiffs have a.lien to secure the payment of
the above-itemized sums against the following-described properCy
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 28, B2ock 261, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 24, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as filed
in Plat Book 13, Page~ 31 and 31A thraugh 31C, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
S.. That the Clerk of suit Court, after publication of
notice as required by the Florida Statutes, is directed to sell
the m~rtgaged premises as described in Paragraph 4 above to the
highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the East
door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,
free, clear and discharged of any and all claims, liens, encum-
brances, rights, equities and interest of the Defendants, and all
persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under the
Defendants, the sale to be held at 11:00 A.M. on a,~, the
~O~ day of ~,~.C.' ~~jQ,~-- , 1985, as provided by Section 45.031
of the Florida Statutes; provided however that any sums bid at
the sale in excess of this Judgment in favor of the Plaintiffs
