THIS DEED, executed this day of November,
1985 by SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Trustee of Mary M.
Jackson Revocable Trust Agreement dated January 13, 1984, Gran-
tor, to: JOHN B. JACKSON, whose mailing address is: c/o Trust
Department, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Post Office Box 8,
Fort Pierce, FL 33454-0008;
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-leases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to his heirs,
successors and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly des-
cribed as follows: ~

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, here-
