4. Plaintiffs hold- a lien for the total sum
superior to any claim or estate of Defendant on the following-
described property in St. Lucie County, Flori.da:
Lot 21, Block 236, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-
EIGHT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 14, Page 7 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
tog~ther with all structures, improvements, fixtures, ap-
pliances, appurtenances on said land or used in conjuction
therewith.
5. That the lien of the Plaintiffs takes priortity
over any lien that may be asserted against the subject property
by Defendant.
6. If the total sum with interest at the rate pre-
scribed by law and all costs of this action accruing sub-
sequent to this judgment are not paid within three days from
this date, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at
public sale on ~CeM~ , 1985 at 11:00 a.m. to the
highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at
the East door of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, in Fort
Pierce, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031. Florida
Statutes.
; 7. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of

Plaintiffs are not the purchasers of the property at the sale.
If Plaintiffs are the purchasexs, the Clerk shall credit
~ Plaintiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs

~ accruing subsquent to this judgment or such part of it as is
necessary to pay the bill in full.
