AGREED ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO SHORTEN
TIME FOR DISCOVERY AND MOTION TO COMPEL
This cause.came before the Court on the Plaintiffs' Motion to Shorten
Time for Discovery and Motion to Compel and the Court, being advised that the
parties are in agreement that said Motions shall be granted, hereby
ORDER AND ADJUDGES:
1. The Motion to Shorten Time for Discovery is hereby granted and the
Defendants shall respond to the Plaintiffs' Interrogatory and Request to Produce
on or before Wednesday, November 13, 1985.
2. The Motion to Compel is granted and the Defendants shall produce
~ the documents requested in the Request to Produce propounded by the Plaintiffs
~
on August 5, 1985 within ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
