THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition for
Approval of Settlement of a claim for personal injuries by
KEEVIN HICRS, by and through such minor's parents, custodian and
guardian, ROSIE HICKS and CHARLES HICKS, and the Court having
considered the testimony of the Petitioners and the minor, and
being further advised in the premises, the Court finds :
(1) That KEEVIN HICKS is a minor.
(2) The Petitioners, ROSIE HICRS and CHARLES HICKS, are the
parents, custodian and guardian of REEVIN HICKS.

(3) The said minor sustained certain personal injuries for

` which minor has a claim. It is thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
(1) The Petition for authorization to settle the claim of
~ the minor for personal injuries be and the same is hereby

' granted.

(2) The settlement for such minor's claim in the amount of
` TSN T80USAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) to be paid to the Petitioners,
minor child and their attorney is hereby approved.
; (3) The said Petitioners, as parents, custodian and guardian
; of said minor are hereby authorized to execute a full and
