of settlement without bond.
(4) The said Petitionera, as parents, custodian and guardian

HARBOR FEDERAL BANR as a depository under the provisions of

(5) The Petitioners, ROSIE BICRS and CHARLES HICKS, are
hereby authorized and directed to serve a copy of this Order
upon the institution at the time of or prior to the deposit of
such funds.
(6) The Petitioners, ROSIE HICRS and CAARLES HICKS, are
hereby authorized and direct to obtain the acceptance and
receipt for those funds from the depository and to file such
acceptance and receipt with the Court.
(7) Such sum is to be held, together with accumulated
interest or dividends by said depository, pursuant to Florida
Statutes Section 69.021, pending further Order of Court; all
; requirements of inventory, bond anc~ the accounting are waived

~ until further order of Court, except that the Petitioners, ROSIE

HICKS and CHARLES HICRS, shall file with the Court a copy of the
annual statement regarding principal and income or dividends
