ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before me on the Motion to Strike
filed by the Defendant, WINN DIXIE STORES, INC., said Motion to Strike
filed on or about October 30, 1985, and the Court having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, thereupon
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES:
1. The Plaintiffs herein are given 20 days from the date of
this order in which to file an Amended Complaint setting out more fully
. facts establishing entitlement to punitive damages.
