COMPANY and DICK HAMMOND, doing business as LONGSTREET AGENCY, and the
Court having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise duly ad-
vised in the premises, thereupon
ORDERES AND ADJUDGES:
The Second Amended Complaint filed by the Plaintiff is hereby

j dismissed without prejudice, the Plaintiff shall file a Third Amended

~ Complaint within 30 days from the date of this Order more fully setting
