ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the
Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint and Motion to
Strike, and the Court having considered the same, hearing the
arguments and agreements of counsel, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The allegations set forth in paragraph 22, as set
forth in paragraph 2 of the Motion to Strike, are hereby .stricken.
2. The Plaintiff shall amend its A.~nended Complaint to
' delete any claim or assertion or matters.which assert any rights,
~

~ claims or injuries on the part of Mr. Keeter, individually, and
~ particularly, par~graphs 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15.

~ 3. The claim for attorney's fees is stricken from all
s Counts.

s 4. The claim for punitive damages is stricken from Count
~ II.
~
5. The claim for interest is stricken from Count III.
~ 6. The Motion to Dismiss is granted and the Plaintiff shall
~
~ have ten (10) days from the date hereof i.n which to file a Second
~
~ Amended Complaint stating with greater speci£icity the claims and
~
~ causes of action asserted by the Plaintiff.
