IT IS E'URTHER ORDERED pursuant to Chapter 82-140, Laws of Florida (1982), that the employer of the Respondent shal!
~ deduct the sums herein provided on a periodic basis for the income due the Respondent and shall remit same, after deducting i~s charge
tbr handling, to the Court Registry. Such income deduction shall not be effective until Respondent is delinquent in two (2) child support
~ payments and has failed to pay all arrearages and past public assistance obligations. Service of this order on the employer by the Office
~ uf the State Attorney shall be prima facie evidence that the abave conditions have occurred. Upon receipt of this order, the empfoyer
~ shall govern himself accordingly and remit payments forthwith. This income deduction order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of,
t ~II other remedies provided herein or hereafter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED pursuant to Section 443.OSi, F. S. {1982 Supp.), and Section 462 (e} of the Title IV-D of the
Social Security Act that the Department of Labor and Employment Security shall deduct and withhold from the Unemployment Com-
penwtion otherwise payable to the Respondent, 50~ of the Unemployment Compensation or the amount of child support as ordered
~ abcrie, whichever equals the greater amount but does not exceed the court ordered support amount.
IT IS F[JRTHER ORDERED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this order
