W I T N E S S E T H: ~
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand, paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledqed, has qranted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, and
the Grantee's heirs and assiqns forever, the following described
real property situated, lyinq and being in~iiutcnin~on Island,
Jenaen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 906 in Islandia lI Condominium, according
` to the Declaration of Condominium of Islandia lI
Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 397,
pages 2862 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida (the "Declaration of Condominiwa"),
- together with an undivided share in the Conunon
Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the
Declaration of Condominium.
- Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with
Grantor, hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and
to comply with all of the covenants, terms,'conditions and
provisions set forth and contained in the Declaration of~Condo-
minium, including, but not limited to, thQ obligation to make
payment of assessments for Common Expenses (as said term is
defined in the Florida Condominium Act, Chapter 718 of the
Florida Statutes, as the same may be amendecl from time to time)
which may be levied against the above-described Unit together
with those assessments whic;~ may be levied pursuant to the terms ~
of the "Common Facilities Declaration" or the "Islandia East
' Declaration", as defined below: '

This conveyance is made subject to the following:

years;
2. Applicable zoning regulations and other restrictions,
prohibitions and/or regulations imposed by governmental authorities;

privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained
in the Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits, supplements and
amendments thereto, and all instruments therein referred to;
4. All of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights,
privileges, obligations, easements and liens as set forth and
