Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
4. The Master Declaration as it maq be amended by ita terms, and Eahibits attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of Midport
Place Master Association, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
5. All conditions, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way common to the subdivieion and
utilitq and drainage easements of record common to-or reserved in the subdivision plat or
which may be place of record bq Sponsor prior to the closing of this transaction;
6. Aa Easement' granted to Florida Poi+er and Light Company, dated May 17, 1965 and
recorded in Of~icial Records Book 118, Yage 332 of the Public Records of Brevard County.
The ben~fts and bligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, a~inistrat rs, and successors of Grantee and the Grantor warrants title to all
