together with all appustenancea thereto, including an undivided interest in the Common
Elements of said Condominium as set forth in the Declaration. This conveyance is sub~ect
to the folloWing:
1. Taaes and assessments for the year 1985 and subsequent years.
2. Existing zoning ordinances and regulations, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations and easements of record and/or existing zoning ordinances and regulationa,
conditions, restrictiona, reservations, limitations and easements of record described in
the Declaration of Condominium, if any.
3. The Declaration of Condominium as it may be amended by its terms, and Exhibits
attached thereto, including without limitation the Articlea of Incorporation and By-Laws of
Midport Place II Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida corporation no[ for profit.
4. The Master Declaration as it may be amended by its terms, and Eshibits attached
thereto, including without limitation the Articles of Incoiporation and By-Laws of Midport
Place Master Aasociation, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit.
5. All conditions, restrictions, limitations, right-of-way co~on to the subdivision and

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, adminiat tors, and successors of Grantee and the Grantor warrants title to all
